On the afternoon of January 11th, the 2022 Volunteer year-end summary and commendation meeting of Sichuan Fine Arts Institute Art Museum was held in the form of an online meeting。Li Fang, deputy director of the Art Museum, as well as leaders of the office, Academic Department, Exhibition Department, Collection department, Publicity department, Public Church Department and volunteers of the old campus attended the meeting. More than 120 volunteers from the two museums of the new and old campus attended the meeting online。

The meeting started at 15:00 on the same day，First, Ms. Wen Juan, the king of the Ministry of Public Education, introduced the work of the museum volunteer team in 2022: since 2020，The museum created a team of volunteers made up of current students，The first half of 2022，There are a total of 140 volunteers in the new and old campus art museum，A total of 131 volunteers will be recruited in the second half of 2022，That's 271 people today，Assist the daily work of 7 departments in the new and old campuses of the Art Museum。In the past three years, we have experienced the hardships of exploration together, experienced the happiness of growing up, and contributed the power of youth to the development of the museum。

Afterwards, Li Fang, on behalf of the museum, fully affirmed the contributions made by the volunteers in the museum and expressed her sincere gratitude to them for their work in the past year。Li Fang pointed out that volunteer service is not only an indispensable part of the work of the art museum, but also a rehearsal for the volunteers to enter the society after graduation, which includes various positions. I believe that volunteers both pay and gain。

At the meeting, the volunteer representatives of various departments sorted out, summarized and reported the status of volunteer work in 2022, and expressed their heartfelt thanks to the teachers who taught them in volunteer work. The volunteer teachers in charge of each department successively announced the list of 11 outstanding volunteers in 2022。At the same time, the conference also interspersed a lucky draw between the summary report of each department, a total of 8 students won the prize。In addition, the museum has issued certificates to volunteers based on their working hours and service performance over the past six months to one year。Each of the 49 students has served the art museum for at least 100 hours a year and has been awarded the annual Volunteer Certificate in 2022. 88 students have been converted from intern volunteers to official volunteers。

The meeting reviewed the basic situation of volunteer service of Sichuan Fine Arts Institute Museum in 2022, guided volunteers to have a deeper understanding of the connotation of volunteer service of the museum, strengthened the communication and liaison between different departments, and was a rare learning opportunity for new volunteers。At the same time, through the recognition and commendation of volunteer work, the spirit of volunteer service is promoted and the enthusiasm of volunteers for public welfare is aroused。
