Physical examination instructions

1、Before physical examinationPlease keep a normal diet (take medicine) and rest for 3 days. Do not drink alcohol and avoid strenuous exercise.

2, the day of the physical examination must be fasting, fasting and water prohibition for more than 8 hours, diabetes, hypertension, heart disease can take medicine normally;

3. The female client should stop using vaginal medication and flushing the day before and avoid sex;

4, suffering from serious illness or mobility difficulties need to help, nursing, declined physical examination, recommended to see a doctor;

5、抽血项目请10:30前完成更能保证结果准确性，抽血后请持续按压穿刺点3-5分钟；抽血须空腹；下腹超声须胀尿。

6. Women who are pregnant or may be pregnant，Please inform the medical staff in advance，避免X光及妇科检查；女性受检者月经期间，勿留取尿、粪便标本送检及接受血相关（如卵巢）肿瘤标志物及妇科检查、胃肠镜等检查；尿液检查请接取干净的中断尿液(泌尿彩超之后接取)；妇科检查前需排净尿液；未婚者勿做妇科检查。
